Meet Diamond. This sweet old gal was dumped in a cardboard box in front of the shelter. She was very clearly neglected, emaciated, and her fur painfully matted in large clumps against her skin. The shelter helped her through, fed her nutritious food, carefully took care of her painfully matted fur. Despite her recent neglect, she is a very affectionate cat. She'll look at you a meow for some company. She enjoys neck scratches, head rubs, and just sitting with you. She was adopted by a wonderful person to give her the life she deserves in her old age. Diamond's portrait was created with micron pens, india ink, watercolor and goauche paint. A portion of the profits from this art will go back to the shelter to help the wonderful animals who reside there.
